David Wayne "Bo Dean" Branch

BRANCH, David "Bo Dean" Wayne, of Goochland, Virginia, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, February 20, 2022 due to complications from pneumonia. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter "Johnny" Leslie Branch; sister-in-law, Cindy Branch; and many other relatives and loved ones he held close to his heart. He is survived by his mother, Anne Iseman Branch; brother, Walter L. "W.L." Branch Jr.; children, Mark D. "Dana" Harlow (Chrissy), Heather Munoz-Gleason (Cliff), David "D.J." Wayne Branch Jr. and Amy Emma Anne Almond (Trevor); grandchildren, Brandon, Kain, Cruz, Kaylin, Lilli Anne, John Wayne, Koen and Dawson; as well as his nephews and many cousins.

David was born on September 18, 1963, graduated from Goochland High School in 1981 and dedicated 35 years to Blithewood Manor Farm. He always went beyond expectations for his children and was the greatest man we ever knew.

He could make anyone laugh and lit up every room with his bright personality and infectious laugh. He enjoyed hunting, pitching horseshoes, spending time with those he loved and making people laugh. He is already incredibly missed.

Instead of a formal funeral, Bo Dean wanted a visitation, which will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Norman Funeral Chapel in Goochland, Va. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to Goochland Christian Fellowship or Salem Christian School.
