To Cora and children. God has called Charles as a special Angel. Leslie (Pete) and I will miss him so much on our frequent trips to the Transfer Station. Pete recalls many vivid memories of he and Charles as childhood playmates growing up together. May God be with you all during this difficult time. Charles will surely be missed by many people.
