GRUBB, Charles L. Jr. "Junie," 56, of Chesterfield, Va., passed away August 20, 2010. Having been in the hospital as the result of an accident and fighting the battle of life for the last 23 years, Junie has given up the battle and the fight is over! He was the son of the late Charles L. Grubb Sr. and Mildred S. Grubb. He is survived by three daughters, Laura Michelle Grubb, Megan Virginia Shelton and Amy Elizabeth Ebert Fowler; and one son, Chris D. Ebert; the mother of his children and love of his life, Dotty; his two sisters, Becky G. Baines and husband, Ed Baines, and Christina L. Lilly and husband, Jason Lilly; grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. A birth certificate shows that he was born, a death certificate shows that he passed, pictures show that he lived, and oh, how Junie did live! Family and friends will gather at Healing Waters Church, 9550 Midlothian Turnpike, Chesterfield, Va., on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Services to celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at 3 p.m. in Dale Memorial Park Chapel.
