Clarice BROOKS Obituary

BROOKS, Clarice R., 99, of Richmond, widow of Carl A. Brooks Sr., died October 28, 2009. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Norma Brainard and Charlotte Ann Marano; and one son, Wallace Brooks. She is survived by her son, Carl Brooks Jr.; eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brooks was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church for many years. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday (today) at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
