Donald MULLIS Obituary

MULLIS, Donald Franklin Sr., 64, of Charlotte, N.C., formerly of Richmond, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 12, 2009 while at home with his family. He is survived by his daughter, Crystal Mullis; son, Donald F Mullis Jr., both of Charlotte; one granddaughter, Kayla; three sisters, Linda McGhee and Diane Alvis of Richmond and Tammy Kincaid of Ohio; three stepbrothers, Kenny, Mike, and Ricky Palmer, all of Richmond; and several nieces and nephews. Don was a Marine Corps veteran and a welder/construction worker for most of his career. A celebration of Don's life will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 17 at the West Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 11020 West Broad St., with the family to receive friends one hour prior to service.
