To Ed's family;
I was shocked and saddwnwd to lear only today of Ed's death. He was a fabulous friend, and we were in each other's first weddings. Ed will long be remembered as a very good man. May God's peace remain with you.

Sarah, I was notified of your father's passing today. I worked with Ed for many years at Va ABC. He garnered my respect as a knowledgeable Human Resource professional and as a person with deep moral regard for his fellow man. Sarah, David & Hannah, My heart goes out to you all during this difficult time. I adored your father as I worked with him at ABC and kept in touch over the years since. He was such a great mentor and friend and always had something good to say! I will miss our conversations. Know he touched many during his life and his love for the lord. Dear Sarah and Lynne,
I was very saddened to learn of Ed's untimely death. He was so outgoing and personable. I would run into him occasionally and he would always greet me as if we were long lost buddies. He had such a big heart. I always felt better about life after meeting him and chatting. I know how much you will miss him. He will be missed by many. If there is anything I can do to help, please do not hesitate to ask.
