BELL, Mr. Edward Charles, of Richmond, entered eternal rest on November 22, 2009. A sergeant in the U.S. Army for eight years, Edward is survived by his mother, Fannie M. Bell; two sisters, Barbara M. Bell and Carolyn B. Doyle; three nephews, Brandon Bell (Tiffany), Ricky J. Doyle and Eric Tunstal; one niece, Sara Doyle; two devoted friends, Tony and Freda "Free"; and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be conducted at W.S. Watkins & Son's Classic Chapel, 2700 North Avenue on Saturday, November 28, at 12 noon.
