Fredric Bell Obituary

Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late William and Clara (Edgell) Bell, he resided in Warminster, PA before moving to Doylestown, PA in 2001.
Fred was formerly employed as a Salesman and Manager for Chapman Horsham / C & C Ford for 47 years, before retiring in 2023. Fred was a US Army Veteran. He registered just 4 days after his 17th birthday and served from 1965-1971. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and also enjoyed travelling.
He was the beloved husband of 56 years to Arlene (Hirth) Bell; devoted father of Andrea Heps and partner Jeff Michaels, Jamison Bell and wife Michelle, Joshua Bell and wife Tara; dear brother of the late Barry Bell (survived by his wife Delores) and late William H Jr (Teddy) Bell; loving grandfather of Max Rinedoller, Megan Rinedoller, Alicia Bell, Matthew Bell, Katelyn Bell, and Madeline Bell; and cherished dog Ginger.
The family will receive their friends at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm with a service to begin at 12:30 pm.
Burial with military honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940 at 2:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/ would be appreciated.
