Jackie and Davi, I was sadden to learn of the passing of Emily, I am Peggy's sister LaVerne Easter, Peggy and Emily worked together starting at Western Electric. I was very happy when you helped Peggy get her Ged. Emily and Peggey were good friends and so was I -we were always together at gatherings, the last time that I spoke with Emily was at my sister's funeral, I will truely miss her and that she was a very good friend and sister. May God be with you and your family during this sadden time especially during this holiday - my heart and prayers will always be with you and yours - she was so proud of you and your son -both of you made her very happy

I was shock to look in the paper and see, that a long time neighbor had passed. Jackie, Davion and Family my prayers are with you. May the fact that God will see you through this, help you to find comfort during this time. I will not be able to attend the services but know my thoughts and prayers are with you. I had just arrived back in town when I heard of the passing of your mother. My memories of Emily go back to my first days at Western Electric and the laughs we used to have together. I cannot put into words how much I will miss you Emmy. You are my heart. I will carry you with me for the rest of my life. I am thinking so much of all of the lessons you taught me.
