Peaches and Gizelle:

We had no idea your mother, beautiful Frances, had passed until Troy learned from my Dad that he had seen her obituary in the paper. We are so deeply sorry for your loss and so sorry that we missed her services. Your mother was one-of-a-kind, such a devoted mother, grandmother and friend, and a joy to know. Her laughter, her smile, and her way of brightening a room were only a few of the things that we remember fondly. She was a source of so much laughter and joy for so many. We would have wanted to be there to honor one of our mother's dearest friends. We have no doubt that they are laughing, praising, and catching up together right now as they did so many times in our mother's kitchen, and in your mother's living room! They loved their time together. May God bless you and comfort you at this time; and always know without one ounce of doubt that your mother is with you always...every moment of every day, walking quietly beside you, bearing life's burdens and triumphs with you. Love to you all.

"In Your Pocket"

You have memories in your pocket
They rattle among change.
Your memories of your mom/grandmother carry wherever you go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole.
They will give you comfort when you think you are alone.
Yes, you have memories in your pocket, like so much other stuff you keep there.
But of all the treasures you have, it is the memories of your mom/grandmother that are the most precious.

God Bless,
