Berniece Lowder

August 7, 2010

My condolences must turn into a celebration of praise and thanks to God for allowing me and my deceased husband to know Webbie and Frances. My husband was their Pastor for many years and we also enjoyed being neighbors. I pray for Grace and Peace for all her family.
