I never thought I'd be able to say that I've known someone for over 50 years! My earliest memories growing up were of Greg and the Bilo family. Meeting and marrying Shirley, baby-sitting for them once children arrived, family parties and many laughs. You and yours are in my thoughts and prayers. Uncle Greg will be missed greatly. I have many wonderful memories of time spent with him and the family. We spent a lot of weekends together with Greg and Shirley (camping, at their home, at our home) and they were all good times. Greg was always a lot of fun and someone who was easy to get along with. He will be in our thoughts and prayers. Our condolences to Shirley and family. May you find some peace in knowing how much he was loved by all he met. Dear Auntie Shirley,
Losing your husband can cause a loneliness unlike any other but having your children and family near will help ease the difficulty of the days ahead.
With your courage I am sure you will adjust to your new situation. I know that you were grateful for the many happy years you shared with Uncle Greg.
He was a generous man and always knew how to make us laugh. He had nicknames for us and I know that even though I didn't see you guys much that he knew that the love was there from his "muffins" and that his love for his "muffins" also.
He is not suffering no more and will always look down on us and be one of our angels (you know what kind of angel he can be LOL).
He has left one family to join our other family that have left us and to know that we will all see each other again.
"Rest in peace Uncle Greg and know that we will always remember you and love you. Behave also. No funny business."

I am so glad that I had a chance to see my brother before God took him to a better place. I had a final chance to tell him that I love him shortly before he passed, albeit by telephone. He knew it was me and said my name and gave me a smile. That gives me so much comfort in this sad time. I'm thankful to Shirley for her love and patience and taking such good care of him. I know she loved him very much.

My heart goes out to all of Uncle Gregs family members, especially Auntie Shirly, He loved his family with all his heart and soul.
