Harold Barbour

BARBOUR, Harold W. "Pete," 77, of Richmond, died Wednesday, November 25, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara M. Barbour. He is survived by his son, Gray J. W. Barbour; two sisters-in-law, Page M. Shurley and Carol M. Barr; brother-in-law, Ronald L. Barr; nieces and nephews, Danny L. Barbour, Jay Shurley, Dell Shaff, Wayne Barr, and Gary Barr. Mr. Barbour was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War and retired from the Virginia ABC Board. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Bliley's - Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where a funeral service will be held 12 noon Wednesday. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
