Dear Beth - I miss your mom so much. I am so sorry that we too missed the service, my grandmother passed right at the same time and I was just lost in my own world, I didnt know for days about your mom.
She was a really, really good friend to me. I miss her so and look for her still, everyday. Love and peace and ease to you.

Dear Beth
We will miss your mother here on Hillside Avenue where she was a regular part of our lives as she walked Cricket daily or twice daily. Always friendly and willing to stop and chat, she never had a mean word for anyone. She kept her eye on our neighborhood and knew about all that was going on, from our cats and dogs to our grandkids. Right up until her stroke she was sharp and aware, with a wonderful memory and sense of humor. With Harriet gone, it feels like the passing of an era. I wish we could have had here here with us a little longer. I'm so sad we missed her memorial service-- was working that day and forgot to check the newspaper. I'm hoping it was a comforting service.

Beth,
I worked with your mom at Crestar and fondly remember our conversations about you, your husband, and her little dog. Let there be memories of special ocassions and everyday things and let your heart start on its journey to healing by feeling the comfort that remembering brings. My prayers are with you during this time.
