She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Benjamin Kelly; two brothers, Fred and Llewellyn Stanley; and a sister, Lillian Stanley Cox. Susan, Gary, Steve, Anna et al.

Many memories came back when I saw the news. I was turning into the driveway on Morningside Drive to pick Susan up for a date when I first heard the Beatles sing "I want to hold your hand." At the front door I announced to Mrs. Kelly that I had heard a song by an English group. "How peculiar," she said. My condolences to to all and very best wishes.

With love,
Louis

Ms. Kelly was my 5th grade teacher at Crestview Elementary School in 1961-62. She was without a doubt my favorite teacher. I love the memory of that year. She gave so much of herself to make us students better people. She was somewhat tough with no nonsence but what a major influence on my life. What a wonderful person she was. I'm so glad she lived a long life. I hope it was a happy one. I'm 58 now and still very thankful that our lives crossed so long ago.
