Ivanell Houck ROSENBERGER

ROSENBERGER, Ivanell Houck "Rosie," passed away November 9, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Jonah Allen and Cora B. Houck of Blackstone, Va. She was predeceased by her husband, William Rosenberger; and a sister, Izell Houck Hutcherson. Survivors include a daughter, Carol R. Winkler and husband, Ellis, of Richmond. Mrs. Rosenberger was a C&P Telephone Company retiree. Rosie was a clown for many years and enjoyed bringing smiles to others. She was a member of Belmont United Methodist Church. Her remains rest at Bliley Funeral Homes - Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Road, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, and where a funeral service will be held 12 noon Friday. Interment will be private.
