Janie, I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. I think of you & Joe every time I drive down Woodman Road. I fondly remember the conversations Joe & I had in your front yard. Joe was a great asset to the US Coast Guard Auxiliary, and will be remembered by all who had the priviledge of knowing him. You and your family will be in our (U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary) thoughts & prayers, though Joe is with the Father in Heaven looking down over us.

I only knew Mr. Hinchey as an employer, but he was the kindest and most honest person I knew. May the Lord comfort you during this time and give you His great peace.

Hinchey Family
Joe was always smiling, lending a hand to others and offering encouragement to all, and these are gifts that he instilled in everyone he met. His gracious spirit continues in every life he touched. God's peace to all of you now. Susan and Caroline Nepomuceno (Boy Scouts friends)
