Judy Davis-Poore Memoriam

DAVIS-POORE, Judy Anne In loving memory of my only child, Judy Anne Davis-Poore, who passed away at her desk on May 22, 2006. It has been another lonely, missing you year since God welcomed you home. I'll always remember your beautiful smile, your kind, loving and caring ways, and genuine devotion. I know God knows best and he sure got an Angel when he welcomed you home. Always on my mind and forever in my heart, precious are the memories of June 3, 1963, the day God blessed Johnny and me with a precious daughter. Remembering you and wishing you a Happy Birthday on June 3. Special are the memories, loving you and missing you until we are reunited, Mama

I often think of Judy and what a wonderful personality she had. I am now retired from the County but still think of her often with fond memories. I worked mostly with her on the United Way program which she devoted her time in helping others.

In loving memory of all the good times shared at the Hallmark Collectors' events. The joy and enthusiasm shared with all who met and shared time with Judy is still a precious memory. God Bless and keep you in His care.

For those who have not had the experience, it is impossible to understand the depth of the pain caused by losing a loved one in death. in fact the human mind only gradually accepts the terrible reality. There is no right length of time to grieve. But sharing memories with others will help us to cope. May the God of all comfort continue to be with the family.

He is healing the broken hearted ones, and is binding up their painful spots. (Psalms 147:3)

I think about Judy often, and seeing this picture really brings her back. I still have some angels that she made at Christmas for our Christmas Mother sale at the County, and I think of her still when I put them on the tree every year.
