Libby and I worked together at GSC and then again at the Virginia Lottery. She was such a wonderful lady. I have such fond memories of us having lunch and listening to her talk about her family and the dogs. She will be missed. To the family: Remember to call on God for strength through this trying time.
Rest in peace my friend.

I am so sorry to hear about Libby. She worked with us at the Virginia Lottery. What a wonderful and smart lady she was. My heart goes out to all friends and family. She was such a nice person. It saddens me.
