Lillie Daniels

DANIELS, Lillie Elliott Painter, age 92, of Richmond, Va., passed away Sunday, April 18, 2010. She was born in Halifax, Va., the daughter of the late Alexander M. and Bessie Talley Elliott. She was the widow of Ernest L. Daniels. Ms. Daniels was a longtime member of Kingsland Baptist Church and a retired LPN. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Beverly Painter; and seven sisters. She is survived by her children, Thomas N. "Neil" Painter of Chesterfield, Virginia E. Weikal and husband, Kenneth, of Independence, Mo., and W. Ellis Painter and wife, Lynda, of Cumberland, Va.; stepson, Henry Lee Daniels of Richmond; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Chester Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester.
