I'll miss you Nannie,
and the way you always encouraged me with my art.
Your encouragement and praise has kept me going with my talent,
and I'll never forget the times you sat me down on your couch and showed me all of your watercolor paintings,
such a talent you have-
to be able to manipulate such a difficult medium to master,
if only I had half the knowledge and skills you had,
maybe then watercolor would be my best medium.
I'll miss how tickled you got over that little singing easter bunny,
but I'll forever cherish every memory I have of you close to my heart!
I hope to see your beautiful face one day in a much prettier and happier place,
heaven.
I love you Nannie!

Carolyn, When we lose our moms there is such a hole in our hearts but I can see by what I read that you have some wonderful memories to help fill the void. God will guide you to focus on these memories as you still feel the loss. My heartfelt prayer will be with you. Janet Lambert

Carolyn,
I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom.
I'm sure having you with her during her last days made things easier for her. I would have liked to have known her since we seem to enjoy many of the same interests. I hope all your memories of her will sustain you through this difficult time.

Pete, Nancy, and Carolyn,

I go back and forth between tears and smiles as my mind fills with many memories of Aunt Lillie Mae. Know that together we will continue to carry her spirit and kindness in the days to come as we continue to keep her with us through shared memories. Though I cannot physically be there, know that I am with you in remembering and celebrating her 90 years of life.

With much love!
