Mary Merriman

MERRIMAN, Mrs. Mary Margaret Tooley, 91, widow of Eugene Merriman, went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, December 26, 2010. She is survived by her son, Richard Lee Poh and wife, Anne, of Richmond, Va.; her daughter, Patricia Poh Yancey and husband, Jeff, of Magnolia, Texas; and her brother, Andrew Warren Tooley and wife, Betty, of Powhatan, Va. Mrs. Merriman was a resident of Westminster Canterbury Richmond and a long-standing member of Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held at Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church, 5900 Hull Street Rd., Richmond, Va., at 12 noon on Thursday, December 30, 2010. A brief visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Ramsey. Those wishing to make memorial contributions may do so to Ramsey Memorial United Methodist Church. She fought the good fight. She finished the race. She kept the faith. Now there is in store for her the Crown of Righteousness. 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
