To Megan and family, Your Mother was the Sweetest Southern Lady!
She was such fun to work with for the many years at the restaurants and will be surely missed as a dear and loving neighbor. She was a very strong and courageous woman, a real example of a great mother, and I am positive she wears a badge of GLORY. We Loved You All like family! God Be with you through this loss.

To Clay,Robin and Megan

I have been thinking about Sidney and all the laughs we had at RCSH. How she used to give me hell when I didn't use my cane going to and from the organ.
I would say back "I can make it OK", and She would give me that Sidney look.

She was one of a kind. There are people you meet in life that will be outstanding in your mind...Sid will always be one of those.

Dear Clay. Robin and Megan,

Words are rather insufficient, however, the family pictures thatyou presented I am sure were a glorious tribute to Sidney and all of you: indeed, a picture can be worth a thousand words. I am truly very sorry that I could not be with you.

Sidney met the malady with significant courage which I am sure was contagious, and has strngthened you forever.

May God's peace be with you, now and forever. Remember, He gave us wonderful memories that we might have roses in December.

Fondly,

W. Park ("Whitey") & Beryl Lemmond

Claiborne, Robin and Megan,

Your loss is as great as any you will likely ever suffer. Time will lessen the pain but not feeling of loss. Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.
God Bless you all. Support and love each other.

Dear Clay,
This is one of those difficult times in our lives. The loss of a loved one is monumental in ever respect. Nothing can fill that void in your life, and the lives of each family member. The passage of time will soften the loss a bit.
I will miss her happy smile and laughter and I am so sorry we did not get one more dinner in. I pray she is in a much better place now, where there is no pain and suffering, and you and your family can begin to heal also.
My deepest Sympathy,
JoAnn Atkinson

i just read this and to say the least, my thoughts and prayers are with you and my heart is broken for the loss that we now share. I have always felt a part of your family because you and Sidney ( always Mrs. Thomsason to me ) made me to feel that way. I know that she put up a great fight and can only imagine how her strength has helped you all. I have such great memories of our childhood, White Lake and all of you. You hold a very special place in my heart and I will share in the may wonderful memories of Sidney..... her grace, smile, laughter and peace will all be with us! Much love, pray and sympathy.

Dear Megan,

My heart is hurting for you and your family right now. One thing I remember about you and your family is that you all are an amazing source of strength and connection for each other and I know you will continue to be this for each other throughout your journey of grief. As my brother-in-law said when Eric's sister died, grief is another stage in a loving relationship. We physically hurt because that person's presence was so valuable to our very being. Our grief is a way of honoring that love and attachment. Thinking of you. May you and your loved ones wrap your arms around each other. Much love to you,
Deanna
