GAINES, Mrs. Naomi, of Richmond, departed this life April 16, 2010. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel M. Hughes; and Delores H. Smith. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Marinda Fogan (Carlos); two grandchildren, Darrell Gaines and Sincere Clark; brother, William Hughes Jr. (Kimberly); two nieces, Antionette McKay (Aubrey), Robin Pride; great-niece, Robinette Pride; two great-nephews, Kwame Davis, Dikembe Pride; great-great-niece and nephew, Azzaria and Azzarian; and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday (today) from 6 to 7 p.m. and where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 1 p.m. Pastor Leonidas Young II officiating. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
