BACCUS, Oscar J., 80, departed this life December 23, 2010. He is survived by his brother, Johnnie Baccus; two sisters-in-law, Patricia Baccus and Grace Baccus; five nieces, devoted, Ernesther B. Johnson, LaVerne Braxton, Jerealyn Jude, Harriett Davis and Diane Jones; three nephews, Attorney Nathaniel Baccus, Aaron Baccus and Lester Baccus; seven great-nieces, three great-nephews, four great-grandnieces, four great-grandnephews, five great-great-grandnieces and two great-great-grandnephews, cousins, a host of beloved relatives, friends and coworkers. Remains may be viewed on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 12 noon at Sharon Baptist Church, 22 E. Leigh St., where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Rev. Dr. Paul A. Coles officiating. Interment will be private at Quantico National Cemetery (Triangle).
