My dear friend
I will miss visiting w/ you as you always gave me comfort and peace. I always enjoyed our time together, especially on St. Patrick's Day singing the good songs of the Irish (thanks to my wife for keeping us on key and not drinking too much GREEN BEER) and, as always, on goodbye:
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
I love you,
Forever your faithful friend,
Joe Bama

I regret not knowing Paul, but judging from his daughter, whom I know and love, he must have been an outstanding individual, as the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Nancy (Harlow), you are in my thoughts and prayers. We all share in your mourning. Rejoice through what must be remarkable memories of your Dad.

Paul Fitzpatrick was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed. I knew him almost my entire life and have fond memories of visiting him and Helen at Christmas when I was young. He was always cheerful, even in bad health. Grandma & I will miss having pizza with him on Wednesdays.
