Ms Carter was always a joy to be around. I loved our talks about old times and how much fun they were. I will miss her and her laughter deeply.

Pearl was such a help to my & my son when he was a small boy. He had to take allergy shots weekly & my Mom asked her to take him to Charlottesville because I had to work. She did without hesitation & over the years she asked about him as he did about her. Our sincere condolences & thoughts to each of you as well as my "Thank You" for all she did. I just hope I told her how much I appreciated her!
