Dean Family,
I am sorry to hear of Phil's passing. It has been years since I have seen him, God knows once you meet Phil, you never forgot him. Thom we were in High School, Phil made all of us, your friends feel like he was our friend as well. I am sure he wondered when we would grow up or leave but he never made you feel that way.
May God's Grace, Peace and love provide you all comfort through out the days, weeks and months ahead. May you find happiness in knowing what Phil brought to so many people. All one has to do is read the comments and know Phil was still the same guy that he was.
Bless you all and may Phil rest in Peace and always endure in our memories.

I was so saddened to hear of Phil's sudden passing. Phil had a great sense of humor and knew no strangers. I have many fond memories of Oak Hill days and Phil is a big part of those memories and fun times. Rest in Peace, friend. God's grace and peace to the Dean family in this sad time.
