We are saddened to hear of Ray's passing. The Board of Directors of the National Association of USS LCS (L) 1-130 send their deepest sympathy to Ray's family. You can very proud of Ray's service on the USS LCS (L) 43 during WWII. Ray's presence will be missed by all his LCS shipmates. Raymond's name will be placed on our "Roll Call of Honor" and read at our Memorial Service during our up coming reunion in Buffalo, NY in August 2010. A carnation will be placed in a wreath in his honor.

LaMyra, to you and your family,
One of the pleasures of loving you was to have known Ray. He was one of the kindest and gentle men I have ever known. Your heart will always carry him in a special place, but now you can celebrate his life.

Ellen, Lamyra, and Charlie, I'm so sorry for the loss of your Dad, He really loved you all so much. I remember how his eyes would light up whenever you all were around. Bless you all in your time of grief.

Lamyra, Ellen and Charlie,
