Barbara. We did not know about Rolly's passing until this weekend. We are so very sorry and want you to know how much Rolly meant to Howard and me. Rolly could always make you smile and Howard will never forget the hunting and fishing days he shared with Rolly. He was a very special person and will be greatly missed. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I'll never forget growing up right next door. He was the best neighbor. My thoughts go out to Mrs. Mason and family.

I will always have fond memories of my time spent with him from Pennsylvania to Virginia to Maine. He always had time for me and I appreciated his faith in my educational endeavors, and I will never forget his version of Tiny Tim's "Tiptoe through the Tulips" sung at the peak of his voice to a barely in tune ukelele, much to the shock of the other adults. Allison Jordan and my prayers are with all of you. "I am leaving you with a gift -- peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid." He will be greatly missed. His big smile, and generous spirit have taught us how we ought to live our lives in response to Our Lord's own great generosity toward us. Roland exemplified that grace in action through Christ. We are in sorrow for this loss of a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great grandfather, and good friend, but we rejoice in the Joy that is now Roland's through Christ Jesus.

Aunt Barbara, Dave, Judy, Tom and families - I am so sorry about Uncle Rolly's passing. He was a very special person. We always looked forward to the Maine visits from Uncle Rolly and Aunt Barbara. Uncle Rolly was one of the most caring people we will ever know. He and Aunt Barabara have always meant a lot to us all. Thank you for all the visits and fond memories Uncle Rolly. Thank you for bringing so much laughter to a room no matter where you were! I have a picture of Uncle Rolly holding my oldest son when he was an infant, I will forever treasure that. Take care, rest peacefully in heaven for you are one of god's angels. Love "Bethie, Jeff, Jeff Jr. and Jake
