My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I will always have fond memories of Shirley. Remember that we know little of what is on the other side of death, but we do know that our "MASTER" is there waiting for us and that is enough.

Kenny, I have so many Wonderful Memories of my cousin Corky, your Beautiful Mom. I think back now of all the times when I was a child, of all the visits to Richmond with Mom and Dad, even the one when you were born. She was Loved so much by so many, and now she is with so many in Heaven that Welcomed her Home with open arms. I will keep the Memories of her in my Heart forever. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

What can I say about my Aunt Corkey? She was one of kind. She always worried about everyone else, and put herself last. We talked on the phone for hours sometimes and the last thing she would say to me before we hung up was, she loved me. And she always loved going on trips with us girls. I will miss you as will everyone else you touched over the years.

Kenny,
We have known each other for a VERY long time. Your mom watched us grow up together. Our families were friends who never fought and always got along. She trusted us enough to allow you to travel with us to New York as a youngster. We have been thru funerals together and have been there for each other over the years. If there is anything you need please let me know.It is hard to bury a parent, but much harder to bury the one who loved you and looked out for you every day of her life. Your mom adored you. She is at Peace in Heaven now, watching over you. Your mom will be missed by many, but you are in our heart Kenny as you deal with the loss of your mom.

Dear Kenny,
I am so sorry. It's difficult to find the right words to say to a friend when they lose their mother. I saw your mom about a year ago and she looked fantastic, as usual. I will be praying for you during the days to come.
Love,
Robyn
