Keith and I were cousins and friends, and we were close growing up and all through high school. He even escorted me, in lieu of my then boyfriend (now husband), to a school dance that I was required to attend. I regret that our lives took different paths, and I've not seen Keith in many years. However, I will always hold him in my heart and remember his great smile that could light up a room. I will also always remember his gentle heart. I will be unable to travel to the funeral, but I will be there in spirit. Rest in peace, my dear cousin and friend. Lorene, Ernest Wayne, Brenda Gail, and all your family, please know that I am holding you close in my thoughts and in my heart.
Love,
Marsha
