I am so sorry to hear about the death of Willie. I knew him well and worked with him when he was at ANF working on the belt loop machine. I was the quality control man that Willie always used to help him with critical dimensions. I remember him as a meticulous exacting person. Even though he trusted me he would have me re recheck the dimensions several times. I never got annoyed because I realized he was seeking perfection.

It was 1962 when I first met Willie I still remember him as a fantastic individual and a great Engineer. I always will remember his dynamic personality with a fine sense of humor. I will never forget Willie.
My sincere condolences to his family.
