LEONARD, William Maurice "Billy," 91, of Sutherland, passed away peacefully November 5, 2010 at Dunlop House. Mr. Leonard was predeceased by his wife, Billie Jordan Leonard; his parents, Hugh and Annie Sutherland Leonard; his brothers, Theo, Mike and Randolph Leonard; and his sister, Dot Leonard Gill. Surviving are his daughters, Doris Leonard Pritchett and her husband, Irving, of Dinwiddie and Linda Leonard Barker of Sutherland; and a beloved grandson, William Leonard Barker of Charlottesville; a sister-in-law, Beth Herring Jordan of Chesapeake; a brother-in-law, James Edward Jordan Jr. of Concord; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Ocran United Methodist Church, Sutherland, on Sunday, November 7, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 8, at Ocran United Methodist Church, Sutherland, at 11 a.m., with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
