Howard Simmons

Howard Donnell Simmons, 47, departed this life on Oct. 24, 2016. He was a graduate of Howard High School in the class of 1987. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Williams and grandmother, Peggy Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, LaTonia Simmons; devoted son, David Townsend; mothers, Linda Williams and Blinda Frazier; grandchildren, sister, and brothers; a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016, in the chapel at 1 p.m. with Pastor Robert Chaney as the Eulogist; visitation on day of service beginning at 10 a.m. until noon.
