We made it through the first year. I thank God for the family bond we have with my Mom, Sisters, Brother, and Uncles. A bond that could never be broken.
You only get one Father in life and I thank God I had the one I did. I love you, Dad.

Cousin Gus was an amazing person. We always enjoyed talking with him. He showed interest in everyone and always had so much knowledge to share. Your home was open to anyone and we appreciated our annual family reunions in your back yard. He will be surely missed.

Elaine, Gussie, Steven, Marie-Elena and Valerie,

I have known few men who possessed the things your Husband and Father did. Family, Faith and Country. He had a dedicated passion for all three especially his family. When he spoke about his kids or grand kids, his face illuminted with a broad smile and his eyes danced. He loved you so much. I will miss his kindness and sincerity when he asked me "Hey Tree, what's new? How are you feeling?" It wasn't just a polite question, he cared. My prayers and thought are with all of you during this time of loss. I hope each day is a little easier knowing that you have a 'ARCHANGEL" looking over you and keeping you safe. Your loss is also mine. God Bless You.

Sincerely, Theresa Bernick
