I, just like everyone else who knew him, am shocked and saddened by Nick's passing. All of the things that have been said about him are true. Larger than life, brightened the room when he entered, pillar of the community (and our circle) and an exemplary father. We will all miss him.

Dear Adele and Family:

We were so shocked to learn of the untimely passing of Julie's cousin, Nicholas. Please know that we will remember him and all of you at our Sunday services at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Wilkes-Barre, where Julie sings in the choir which I direct. In fact, the flowers placed on the altar for this Sunday are there from Julie, who asked that they be there in memory of Nick's and Julie's grandmother, Giulia Falcone. That was before this past Tuesday. Now they are also there in memory of Nick. We are so sorry for your loss, and we pray that you will find comfort in your happy memories of your times with him, in the love and support of your family and friends, and in the sustaining care and comfort of God, into whose loving hands Nick has now been entrusted.

With heartfelt sympathy,

Mark
(Julie's friend & housemate)

Adele,
From teenagers to the last time I saw Nick, just several weeks ago hand picking lumber at HD, he always greeted me with a big smile and a hug. We were lucky to have had such a good person as a friend.
Nick's love of life and people showed every day. Nick was a proud family man who always talked about how happy he was to have such great kids and a wife as wonderful as you. He will always be remembered as a person who loved life.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family,
Love Always, Mike and Nancy Lee

Dear Falcone Family,
My husband Alan and I were shocked and saddened to hear of Nick's passing. Nick and I worked closely on the construction of our deck project, with which we are very happy. Nick's passion for quality work was evident, and he spoke with such passion about his family, as well. Our thoughts are with you.

February 8, 2013

Dear Falcone Family,
First my deepest sympathy to the Falcone family. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. I knew Nick from the lacrosse field and I'm better for knowing him. He always had a story that made me laugh. A caring individual who always thought about the people around him. We are from Avon Grove and Nick reached out to my son Kyle about playing lax over the 2009 winter season. Nick went out of his way to make sure Kyle knew all the boys on the team and was accepted. I always used to tease Nick that I could hear him before I saw him. It will certainly be quiet on the sidelines without him. I will miss you

Having coached with Nick as well as against him, he was truly one of the "gentlemen" of the sport of lacrosse, and always put the boys first. We met years ago when his Tommy and my Christopher played for PYLA together. One winter, when our club team was not enrolled in a league, Nick invited Christopher to play with the Cougars, making him feel right at home and part of his team. As a coach, he always had nice things to say about his players as well as the teams against which he played. The Methacton - OJR games this Spring are going to be tough. I will miss you My Friend.

February 8, 2013

Please know that you all are in our thoughts and prayers. Our son Henry played on the Black Bear Team with Tommy last summer. We had the pleasure of meeting Nick, Adele & Tommy. Nick was a wonderful and caring man. His love for his family was evident. May you find comfort in your memories.
