Edwin Troyer, 1945-2106
70 of Sugarcreek died Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Oak Pointe Nursing Home in Baltic. He was born August 28, 1945 in Millersburg to the late Elmer and Katie (Schlabach) Troyer. He was a self- employed Timber Broker.
He was married to Judy Troyer and she died In October 2015. He is survived by his step-children, Ray, Roger, Ronnie, Robin and Rick all of the Cambridge area; his siblings, Susan (Martin) Hochstetler of Colo., Elizabeth (Leroy) Miller of Ind., Mary Ellen (John) Troyer of Sugarcreek, and Esta (Vernon) Miller of West Union, Ohio. In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by his stepson, Robby.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Bethel Fellowship Church 4183 SR 39 Millersburg (Berlin) with Pastor Mark P. Yoder officiating. Burial will be in Kings United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 6-8 p.m. at Bethel Fellowship Church. Arrangements are being handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek.
