Doc O'Brien was a wonderful chiropractor and an even more wonderful man. As someone already mentioned, he was always there when you needed him. We really enjoyed visiting with him during & after our adjustments, and were sad when he retired. We will miss him...

Dear Barbara and family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Dr. O'Brien was a wonderful and caring man. I always enjoyed our conversations, he was so kind and understanding. He went out of his way to treat his patients, he always had time to listen and never did he not find time to treat you, even on Sunday's if you called. There will never be anyone like him, he was so special. May you find comfort knowing that he is no longer in pain.
He Loved his wonderful wife, his children and grandchildren. I know you miss him dearly, cherished the many memories he left behind to comfort you through this time of sorrow and grief. God bless all of you.

Thank you for all you have taught me & for all your swings and hugs. Thank you for your sunday pancakes and patience and the big white bear rug. Thank you for cartoons in the back room, kiwis off the vine, your help with school projects and keeping me in line.
I will miss you but you will always be in my heart.
I hope you watch us from heaven and we make you proud (and that our spelling and grammar are correct)

The Manhattan College alumni community shares the grief, and is now praying for our fellow alumni and the family at this time. The Alumni Office has been informed. As well as the Jasper Jottings community that I personally can reach. We are all a little poorer now. "No man is an island, entire of itself ... any man's death diminishes me". We are sorry for your loss.
