I will never forget the times I spent with my grandmother in her younger days [mine too], riding bikes through Rotterdam, visiting all of the people surrounding her that cared so much about her. My grandmother was a generous, outgoing, outspoken, hard-working, and supportive person who always found a way to give those she cared about a piece of herself that they would always remember. And...she was one HECK of a great cook! I miss her dearly and I am sure that the many others whose lives she has touched in the past will as well.
We love you gram...And don't worry, we'll still talk, I promise!

I am so sorry to hear of your passing. I believe that I am a distant relative and it is a shame thatI never got to know you.
