Alicia D. Duffy

MENANDS Alicia D. Duffy of Menands, lost her courageous battle with cancer on December 26, 2003. She was surrounded by her loving family, her loving husband of 55 years, Bill; her daughter, Vicki and devoted son-in-law, Wayne; her devoted son, Bill; her grandchildren, Travis (Andrea), Danny (Tracy), Ben and Emmy; her sister, Linda (Dom) of Ariz.; her niece, Diane of Colo.; and her guardian angel, Kathy. She was predeceased by her parents, Edwin and Dorothy Howard and her daughter-in-law Gabrielle Duffy. Alicia is also survived by her sisters, Elaine, Edwina, Donna and Linda and her brother, Jack. Alicia retired from Thermo Products in Menands after 40 years of service. She enjoyed bowling and her many friends at ceramics. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. Family and friends are invited and may also call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. The family would like to thank Dr. Dudek and his staff at St. Peter's Hospital and especially her devoted and loving friend, Kathleen Mosca.
