I can´t believe another year, now 6 years with out Frank. I never would have thought we would have lost him this early in his life. You miss the talks, and positive energy that you brought, and the intelligent conversations we always had. I miss you more than you know Frank. Gone.
But not forgotten my friend!

Frank was a true brother/friend. He was like a compass when we were lost. Such an intelligent man, and a gentle soul. Frank was by far, the best to talk to and confide in. I have so many fond memories of him. My deepest condolences to Mrs O'Brien-Smith, Laurel, Sheila, and Katie. Fly high Frank! May you rest in peace! You will be truly missed!

Rest in Peace Proinsias. May the good earth be soft under you when you rest upon it, and may it rest easy over you when, at the last, you lay out under it. And may it rest so lightly over you that your soul may be out from under it quickly, and up, and off, and be on its way to God
