Randy and family,
Your mom will be surely missed. She was always in our thoughts when we would pass by Tampa on trips further south. We did stop in once, years ago, when she had come back to the Tampa area. We had just a wonderful time reminising about our time growing up and catching up with family news. She was one of the most gracious ladies I have ever known.
Thinking of her brings back many sweet memories of zooming down the Oklawaha, fishing and boating on the Bay and even going to Prom. God Bless.

I got to know Doris in our church's ladies Bible class the last couple of years she lived in Tampa. She was a beautiful Christian who was wonderfully young at heart. I take comfort in knowing that she is at rest in our Savior's loving arms - or possibly fishing with Him!

Doris was my first cousin. I also was a Bowyer. Doris was always a beautiful person. She was fun to be with, and really loved her Johnny. The last time I saw her was at John's funeral. I hope to be able to come to the services at Greenlawn to meet her family. My prayers go out to all of you. Love, Kathryn
