Sam and I went to LPN school together in Salina, KS, and we stayed up many late night studying, helping each other get through some of the hardest classes we'd ever known, and my teenagers loved helping with Lexi as a newborn while we studied. My whole family is grieving for the loss of Sam, and I can only imagine the pain you all must be feeling, as well. Please, be comforted to know how very special she was to so very many people, and accept my heartfelt thanks for sharing her with the world. She has obviously touched many lives in her short time here on Earth, and I am blessed beyond belief to know her as my very dear friend and confidante. God's grace and blessings upon your family, from Sam's "Kansas family" -- Terry & Deborah Shriver, Jessica, Zac and Meghan (160 Bel Air Drive, Salina, KS 67401)

GOD Bless the Family of our late wonderful employee, Sam, from Lakeside Nursing Facility. She was truly loved and was a one of a kind Nurse. Love to the family, especially Mike, Danielle and Alexis. I too, am from Brooklyn, New York, and Sam and I talked about it quite often, sharing stories and laughs. I will truly miss that wonderful laugh. With deepest sympathy,

Words can not express the sorrow that we are feeling in our hearts for the loss of our friend and "sister". We pray that the Nelson & Arrington families find joy in knowing that so many people were touched just by knowing "Sam".
