Jack Scott Clemens

Jack Scott Clemens, 68, of Defiance, OH, peacefully passed away Friday, August 4, at the Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born March 6, 1949 to William W. and Jean E. (Cameron) Clemens of Toledo.

He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Education. His work career included research chemist, real estate appraiser, owner/operator of an auto parts and service business, and Regional Account Executive for BP Products N.A., Inc.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Katherine (Charles) Delker. He will be missed by his brother, William (Barbara); daughter, Jennifer; son, William (Nita); and grandchildren, Phillip, Gemma and Cullen.

According to Jack's wishes, there will be no service or visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Samaritan Schools, 195 Island Park Avenue, Defiance, OH 43512 for children of special needs. Online condolences may be given at
