Janice Benshoff Obituary

BENSHOFF Janice C. Janice C. Benshoff, 65, of Fostoria, passed away peacefully with her children by her side Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at Fostoria Community Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1944, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania to the late Cecil W. and Myrtle Inez (Miller) Cline. Her mother survives in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Janice married Charles R. Benshoff, they later divorced and he preceded her in death. Surviving are her children, Randall L. Benshoff, Perrysburg, and Stacie (Brandon) Preble, Fostoria; a brother, Rodney Cline, Middletown, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Douglas Joseph Benshoff, Raegan and Jacob Preble; and her dog, Max. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, William and David Cline. Janice was a secretary for the Mennel Milling Company, retiring in 2004, a graduate of Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, a member of the AMVETS, Eagles, Moose, VFW Fostoria, and Carey American Legion, Auxiliaries. She loved to watch the stock market. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 6:00 pm, at Hoening Funeral Home 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Fr. Eric Schild, presiding. Private interment will be at Fountain Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Arthur G.
