Rosemarie LINSER Obituary

LINSER Rosemarie Rosemarie Linser, passed away, Monday, January 10, 2011 at the Goerlich Center in Sylvania, Ohio at the age of 69. She died peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer. Rosemarie was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 12, 1941 to Milo and Anna (Brabec) Metz. She was a member of the 1959 graduating class of Whitney Vocational High School. Rosemarie married Deane Linser on November 11, 1961 and set her sights on a lifelong and loving passion to raise her family. After raising her children, she was employed as a receptionist for Central Travel. Rose enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and especially baking for her children. She also loved grooming and caring for her dogs. Rose was preceded in death by her grandson, Jesse Malkin; sister, Rita Tuthill and special friend, Tammy Lewis. Rosemarie is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Deane; children, Lori (Richard) Parker, Thomas (Dawn) Linser; grand-children, Brittni Malkin, Hailey Parker, step grandchildren, Channon Malkin, Jacob Bolger-Linser, Corey Linser; sister, Joan (Anthony) DiLorenzo. and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. There will be a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Regina Coeli Catholic Church, 530 Regina Pkwy, Toledo, Ohio at 10:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements are through H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home (419-473-1301). Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association Northwest Ohio Chapter or to Odyssey Hospice. Although I havent seen Rose since our Central Travel days together, I will always fondly remember working with her, and our daily lunches together. My sincerest condolences to all of you. I know she will be greatly missed!
