John Coutcher Obituary

COUTCHER John M. John M. Coutcher, age 44 years, also known to his friends and many many women as "Super John" and "Joe Cool" of Oregon, OH, died Saturday, January 5, 2008. Born November 12, 1963, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of David J. and Dorothy A. (Phillips) Coutcher. He was employed as a hardwood floor refinisher for almost 30 years for the Toledo Hardwood Floors in Perrysburg, OH. He enjoyed camping, fishing and trips to Indy. John is survived by his loving daughters, Heather Kohne and Ashley Coutcher, both of Oregon, OH; mother, Dorothy (Dave) Mollett of Temperance, MI; brothers, Nick Coutcher of Toledo, OH and Eric (Kathleen) Coutcher of Lambertville, MI; sister, Jessalyn (Harry) Moyer of Temperance, MI, and many nieces and nephews; best friends, Ram Lee, John Petruni, Fred and Alex. John was preceded in death by his father. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3-9 p.m. at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman), Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. David Spriggs, officiating. my dad meant so much to me... its going to be so hard without him... i still expect to walk in and see him sitting on the couch throwin up peace signs er sayin wutcha know little girl... its hard but i know hes happier and healthier now and has no worries... it just sucks that we cant have him here anymore.. but i know i have to be strong for my sister and the rest of my family as well as for my dad... hes going to be missed more and more everyday

The world will never be the same without him here. I have tried and tried the last few days to imagine family functions without him, bar nights without him and just the peace of every day life knowing he is out there...somewhere. I can't! John and I grew up in the same neighborhood but it has been a few years since our paths have crossed and I am terribly shocked and saddened by the loss of someone who I was always happy to see and made me laugh. I grew up right down the street from John and he was always a nice person. My family has known the coutchers for a long time and the entire family has always been very kind. I would just like to send my condolences and let all of them know how sad I am for there loss.
