Lillian Kwiatkowski, age 95, of Toledo, left her earthly home to go with Jesus, her family, and friends after many wonderful years and a brief illness. Born January 12, 1919, to Walter and Mary (Kadlubowski) Zacharewicz, she began a long and

fun-filled life. She served her husband and sons well!

Lillian was preceded to the Kingdom by her husband, Melvin and son, Gerard; her parents; brother, Walter, and sisters, Rose, Adeline, Florence, Mary, and Helen along with special

uncle, John Kadlubowski.

Surviving are sons, Melvin (Paulette) and James (Suzanne); grandchildren, Angela, Kristen, Andy, Michael, Steven, Brian and Allison, along with twelve great-grandchildren. A

special thanks to Jack and Michelle, Janice and Harold and Paul Rothermilch. Our mother greatly treasured your many regular visits!

Our thanks to the kind staff of Orchard Villa that

recently cared for Lillian. We have a great appreciation for the special people of Hospice of Northwest Ohio, who made the final portion of Lillian's journey easier and comforting. It was a blessing to have had you along-side us in her final days.

Lillian and Melvin taught their sons well, and raised them in the Christian faith. Lillian, however, was not really sure about Heaven or Hell as a final reward

because "nobody ever comes back to tell you it is real!" As she was leaving, Lillian did see Jesus and she said to Him, "Jesus take me with YOU!" All of her doubts were finally laid to rest! Yea God!!!

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 10 a.m. at Saint Patrick

of Heatherdowns Catholic Church. Memorial tributes are suggested to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
