Victoria Hill, age 88, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. She was born September 14, 1926 in Pennsylvania to Vartan and Marian (Veralian) Sarkisian. On November 19, 1953, she married her beloved husband of 55 years, Howard B. Hill Jr., who preceded her in death on August 25, 2009.

Victoria was a homemaker raising their two children. She truly loved her time spent with family.

Victoria will be greatly missed by her loving children, Dr. Fred (Cynthia Schuler) Hill of Charleston, SC and Denise Stiebeling of Toledo; two loving grandchildren, Katie (Nate) Neibauer, and Susan (Brice) Mitman, whom she adored; great-grandson, Connor Mitman; step-grandchildren, Ted Hueter and Amelia Hueter; brother, Joe (Garnet) Sarkisian; sister, Helen Hilfinger; as well as many special nieces and nephews, especially Mary Pheils, who provided extra special love and care for Victoria.

Services at the Weigel Funeral Home in Swanton (419.826.2631) will be private. Interment will take place in Swanton Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 East River Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551.

Denise and Fred, thinking of you both during this difficult time. Although I didn't know her well the few times we were together she was so funny! I will never forget that laughter. May God see her through the rest of her journey home, may she rest in peace.
